Shipping and Delivery
General shipping information.
If your product hasn’t arrived within 5 working days after the expected delivery date, please send a message to email@example.com.
As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an email from us. It will contain a tracking code for you to follow your order. You haven’t received that email? Please allow 1 business day for the order to be processed. If after that you still have not received an email, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
You filled in the wrong address?
No problem. Send us an email at email@example.com. In some cases we can still change the address before the order is processed.
If you order cannot be delivered, the shipment will be sent back to us, we will then try to contact you. We might have to invoice the shipping cost if we reship the product.
Changing your order or cancel it?
Because the shipping process is quite fast, it might be that the order has already been processed by the shipping company. Therefore we cannot guarantee that we can change the order. If you would like to change or cancel the order, send an email as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will try to accommodate you/
Returning the product.
Not happy with your product? Send us an email at email@example.com within 30 days of your order. You will have to pay for the shipping of course. If the product has not been used, or has been handled with care and is without any damage or wear, put it back in its original box and we will supply you with a shipping address.
